All employees of Black Insurance Services, LLC are NC licensed property and casualty agents.

Our office is open :  Monday – Thursday 8:30 to 5:30 Friday 8:30 to 5:00 unless we are observing a federal holiday.

While our agency office is not open on weekends you may call our main number 252-638-6388 there is an option to reach Allstate’s customer service.

Have you recently moved to NC and need to obtain a driver’s license and register your vehicle(s)? Follow these steps:

  1. Contact us to purchase NC auto insurance, we can provide proof of insurance on a NCDL123 form.
  2.  Go to a NC DMV office and apply for a NC driver’s license (ask us about what residency documents you need to take).
  3.  After obtaining a driver’s license, you may apply to register your vehicle(s) at a NC license plate agency (this is a different office from DMV).  
  4.  You may find additional information on ncdot.gov or contact our agency for guidance.
